Dear Exhibitor:

You are cordially invited to participate in the 35th Annual TURNER’S CHRISTMAS AT THE COLISEUM - a Yuletide Festival of Crafts, Specialty Foods, Art, and Antiques to be held at the Moncton Coliseum-Complex on November 25, 26, and 27, 2022.

This will be the 35th annual show of its type ever held in Moncton and early indications point to a huge success with nearly 300 exhibitors expected and anticipated attendance of over 20,000. This will be assured by an extensive multi-media campaign throughout the Maritimes and the easy access of the Coliseum-Complex with its convenient free parking for over 2,000 vehicles.

The show will feature art, crafts, antiques, along with a special gourmet food category especially for the holiday season.

Another incentive for our annual event will be our Best Booth Award plus $200.00.

If you wish to be part of this 35th annual festival, simply submit your application along with a cheque of one hundred dollars per booth and a post-dated cheque for the balance payable September 27th, 2022. Booths will not be secured without deposit. Booth fees are refundable up to and including August 27th, 2022.

Move-Out: Will be immediately following the show closing on Sunday, Nov. 27th at 5 pm.

Space Rental Costs: All spaces will be in 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.) increments. One table (NOT COVERED), one chair, and drapes will be provided. (If necessary) THE COST FOR EACH SPACE IS $450.00,including HST . Electricity will be available, although you may require an extension cord. A limited number of corner booths will be available at a cost of $500.00 including HST .

Acceptance: Acceptance is on a first come, first serve basis. The organisers reserve the right of refusal of any entry. 2021 exhibitors will have their space reserved till April 27, 2022. 2021 exhibitors will be favored in the 2022 show.

Refunds: Refunds will be made up to August 27, 2022. Cancellations after this date will forfeit their monies due to the tremendous demand for space.

What we look for: Artisans who are the designers, creators, and producers of the craft sold. Art or Craft made in Canada by the applicant. Quality, uniqueness and saleablity. Uniqueness of booth design and presentation. In making our selection of exhibitors, booth presentation is also assessed in order to ensure that high standards of visual merchandising are met.

Appearance of space: All tables must be covered and draped. Coats, empty boxes, etc. must be kept out of sight. Each exhibitor should prominently display either business cards or appropriate signage. It is recommended that each exhibitor have an approved ABC fire extinguisher. No signage may be permanently or temporarily affixed to Coliseum-Complex property. All garbage must be placed in the appropriate containers.

Security: The Moncton Coliseum-Complex will provide security for the show.

Liability: The City of Moncton, Show Associates Inc., Legault Decorating, Joe Leola and Savoie and their agents will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen articles. The exhibitor agrees to indemnity to hold harmless the City of Moncton, Show Associates Inc. and/or Joe and Leola Savoie for all damages, costs, and/or claims or expenses arising from the exhibitors use of the area.

Eligibilty: Exhibitors MUST NOT PARTICIPATE in any other show or sale in the Moncton Coliseum-Complex during the month of November. Failure to comply will result in exclusion without refund. We advertise that this show is a CRAFT SHOW. As we go to an extreme effort to promote and sell the show to the public, we will not be able to accommodate exhibitors who sell their work in competitive shows in the same complex during the month of November. Therefore, if you are accepted, you must not do any other shows during November in the Moncton Coliseum-Complex. This item is being included to protect your sales, sales of other crafts people and artists as well as the image of the show.

Award: The Best Booth Award includes a plaque along with $200.00
